Often a member’s most frequent association experience is from web interaction.  Therefore, more and more members are asking for association products to be web based and they’re asking for improved web technologies.  How do you pay for it?  One way is to provide web-based products that will produce revenue for you.  In this session, three SME Staff members will discuss the inception and implementation of three web-based member benefits:

  • E-books
  • On-line learning
  • Social media (SME Community)

They will highlight the development of each product including the process used to gain Board approval, what issues needed to be overcome, how they have been marketed to members, what revenues have resulted to date and where these revenues are anticipated to grow in the future.
