The 2011 Annual Conference takes place at Cheyenne Mountain Resort in Colorado Springs,
June 13-15, 2011. We welcome your participation in and support of our annual silent auction during the Monday evening reception.

- Attendees enjoy a cocktail event while bidding on your item.
- It’s a fun event and the networking and sessions are the best!
- It’s a great way to showcase your property, city or service.
- Come Monday night for the auction and reception. Stay for the exceptional speakers planned for Tuesday and Wednesday

Items will be on the CSAE Auction website as soon as they are received. That means attendees can plan their bidding strategies in advance and donors get more advertising exposure. To view the items already received, go to http://www.csaeauction.org.
The website will stay up until August. Items not sold at the auction will be placed on line for purchase after the event.
Also New—Ring of Wine Toss
CSAE is planning a fun, interactive, and unique game to help raise funds for the association. The game is called “Ring of Wine” and is much like a carnival game of “ring the bottle and win a prize.” The twist on this game is that these bottles are more fun (wine!) and you win whichever bottle you get your ring around. There will be several different wines ranging in type, quality, quantity and cost. All the proceeds from this game will go to supporting CSAE Education Programs. CSAE is requesting your help in implementing this game by considering a donation of a wine bottle (or case of wine!). Download the donation form for complete details and join in the fun.
Want to donate? What’s needed?
- Association Leaders: A product or service representing your constituency or a basket of goodies, i.e., dog or cat care basket, dental care kit, spa basket, sports tickets, food basket, etc. Electronic items are always in demand.
- Hotel or CVBs: Combine entertainment venues or attractions to assemble a great weekend package and enjoy your hotel and area.
- Consultants/service providers: In addition to some free services, consider a basket of items supporting your service or a weekend condo stay, sports tickets, etc.
- Cash donations are always welcomed. CSAE will buy something appropriate and put the donor’s name on it.
